SERVICE DESCRIPTION

A 60-minute workout with warm-up and cool-down. In this class you’ll use the kettlebell weight of your choice in a variety of exercises that accelerate your heartrate for a cardio workout while building strength. Monday night’s class is heated (88-90 degrees). Warm muscles stretch more effectively, which reduces soreness afterward.
